I appreciate it buddy!! Yeah...the progress just keeps coming daily. Its fun to watch. Today I had spider webs covering my quads and calves. Lol. I will keep getting better! I am glad to see things are going well for u! Keep killing it man and u will be where u need to be!

Yeah there should be a bodybuilding disclaimer "you will never be happy with your results, but that shouldn't stop you from trying to obtain them" or something like that lol

Ha ha. I love it! That's right. The great bodybuilders are never happy with themselves. They just constantly strive for that unobtainable perfection!

So legs were today and I felt good. I was a bit rushed so I shortened things up and went high reps but I looked great! Can u say road map quad veins?!! I even have slight feathering coming in! So on to the workout

Exercise1 1 leg leg press
3plates(each side)x20
4platesx15

Exercise2 squats
225x15
275x12

Exercise3 leg extensions/superset with cable stiff leg deadlift
115x50/65x50

Exercise4 standing 1 leg hammer strength curl

Exercise5 bw walking lunges
1 set of 100 yards

So as u see I went high reps on a fee exercises. I tried to keep the tempo high and the rest periods short. On the standing 1 leg curls I actually did both sets non stop...going from left leg for 50 to my right leg for 50 then back to my left and right again. As I said...the pump was crazy and the shape/separation/size/ vascularity was even better than ever. My legs are just starting to look freaky! I keep getting harder, dryer and more lean. I am super excited about adding the win in this Saturday and seeing how much better I can become! Thanks for everyone's kind words and support!

So yesterday I worked back and I had a great workout! It made my day better to have three separate people come up to me in the gym and tell me how good I am looking. Oh yeah...and one guy on the way out. Lol. I am continually getting harder and my vascularity keeps getting more and more crazy! So on to the workout...

So as u can see I had a pretty good one yesterday. I did a few new things to keep the workout exciting and went crazy heavy on rows. I just felt good. Period. I really liked the inclined bench db rows and I will probably add these more often. I really dont go crazy on the rep range. I just like to have a very slow controlled negative with a good stretch and I strong contraction where I squeeze every muscle in my back together. The incline db pullovers were great as well. I have never had such a stretch from a pullover. Heavy weight is not necessary at all. Just go for a good deep stretch! So I was very satisfied yesterday and I will make sure things keep going in the right direction!
