So legs were today and I felt pretty damn good! So far that's two really good workouts down! Vascularity keeps coming! I had hamstring veins popping today! Lol. So here it goes...

So as I said before I felt pretty good. The leg press really warmed me up and I felt very loose on squats. I was a bit fatigued however. Lol. Dreads I felt great as well. On the superset I did them non stop...going from one exercise to the other then repeat...no rest. I also threw in a little low intensity cardio. Nothing crazy...just 15 mins on the maximum incline. As I said yesterday...I hope the good workouts continue to be this good throughout the week. I feel all the gear is really starting to kick in...thus the good gym performance...lol. I will continue to kill regardless!! Til tomorrow!
