So yesterday I worked back and I had a great workout! It made my day better to have three separate people come up to me in the gym and tell me how good I am looking. Oh yeah...and one guy on the way out. Lol. I am continually getting harder and my vascularity keeps getting more and more crazy! So on to the workout...

So as u can see I had a pretty good one yesterday. I did a few new things to keep the workout exciting and went crazy heavy on rows. I just felt good. Period. I really liked the inclined bench db rows and I will probably add these more often. I really dont go crazy on the rep range. I just like to have a very slow controlled negative with a good stretch and I strong contraction where I squeeze every muscle in my back together. The incline db pullovers were great as well. I have never had such a stretch from a pullover. Heavy weight is not necessary at all. Just go for a good deep stretch! So I was very satisfied yesterday and I will make sure things keep going in the right direction!
