Reach your goal with low doses/Jcm's Pre contest cycle log!

So I had my first workout since starting the win(100mg ed) in Saturday and I know its a bit soon but I already see changes and I must say that I got a severe pump pretty quickly today! All in all it was an okay workout...not great but def acceptable. So here it goes

Exercise1 db incline
100sx20
100sx20
100sx15

Exercise2 incline hammer strength
2(45s)(each side)x30
2(45s)&25(each side)x30
3(45s)(each side)x30

Exercise3 hammer strength wide chest
2(45)&25(each side)x15
3(45)(each side)x12
3(45)&25(each side)x10

Exercise4 bw dips/superset with fly machine
Bwx15/145x12
Bwx15/145x12
Bwx15/145x8

By the end of this workout my chest was roasted and looked great. Nice and full with striations from top to bottom. I feel I am hardening up very nicely and my shape is coning together more and more! The Christmas tree is getting more defined as are my shoulder caps and obliques! These next 6 weeks are gonna be nasty and I can't wait!!

Dont worry man. Def gonna give the body a break. I will be Getting all the anabolics I need from the food I will be eating. I already have the off season diet planned. Lol. 4,250 cals over 6-8 meals. Its gonna be great. Ha ha.

What would you estimate your bf to be right now?
 
What would you estimate your bf to be right now?

If I had to guess I would say somewhere around 6% or so. I feel that's its gotta be pretty low to be seeing the things I am seeing but it def could be lower. Lol.

Damn! Where you plan on being for show 3-4%?

If I can get that low it would be awesome!! I still have a little bit to lose in the lower back, abs, and other tough places so I think I could drop another 2% or so. I dont feel that I have much but I want to have that freaky look.

Not sure on the next pics. Lol. It takes a lot to get the girlfriend to take them but hopefully I will have some within the week or so and as far as peak week goes...I do. It will be pretty simple. Carb deplete Sunday -Wednesday and load Thursday -Saturday. Water will be 2 gallons Wednesday, 1 Thursday, and just sip Friday.
