So I had a really good chest workout tonight. Even better than last week. I can't believe the changes my body is making and these past couple of weeks and I have actually gotten stronger! If I keep progressing the way I have been I think I will be in great shape for the comp! So on to the workout.

So as u see, my numbers were pretty good and I got a very good pump. The separation/hardness/vascularity keeps getting better and I have lost over 3 inches off my waist. I am so happy with my improvements and the way I feel and I keep getting better! All the hard work, diet, and training are surely paying off and I am very satisfied. I will continue to get better and this is a promise vthanks to all the support!!
