So I am a couple of days late but friday's workout went really really well. I worked arms as always and I felt pretty damn good! The separation is coming nicely and my vascularity is getting better and better!! On to the workout...

So as u see I went pretty high rep with some decent weight for arms. as I said before...I delt very good. I did a few different things to day. The one arm preacher curls were a nick chamgecand I especially liked the high pulley hammer curls. U pretty much do exactly what the make suggests. Get a rope attachment and put or on a cable as if u were about to do rope cable hammer curls. The only difference is that u take the pulley that would normally be at your feel and put it up above your head. This way as u do the curl your arms are raised above your heart. The pump from them is AMAZING.

I was fortunate enough to go to the NPC southern classic last night. I got to see a little bit of the caliber talent that I would be up against in the jordans division and to tell u the truth...I feel good and confident about where I am! One of my buddies won overall and he looked sick but besides him...I felt I could hold my own. Lol. So tonight only motivated me even more! 7 more weeks!

Oh yeah...hopefully in a couple of days I will have my pic up of me and ifbb pro Tricky Jackson. He is a big mofo for being his height and a really nice guy as well and not to mention...one he'll of a poser!

Yeah there should be a bodybuilding disclaimer "you will never be happy with your results, but that shouldn't stop you from trying to obtain them" or something like that lol
 
So I had a really good chest workout tonight. Even better than last week. I can't believe the changes my body is making and these past couple of weeks and I have actually gotten stronger! If I keep progressing the way I have been I think I will be in great shape for the comp! So on to the workout.

So as u see, my numbers were pretty good and I got a very good pump. The separation/hardness/vascularity keeps getting better and I have lost over 3 inches off my waist. I am so happy with my improvements and the way I feel and I keep getting better! All the hard work, diet, and training are surely paying off and I am very satisfied. I will continue to get better and this is a promise vthanks to all the support!!
