r-ala all at once or split up/with any meals or just low carb?

should r-ala be taken before every big meal or just all at once?

and can it be taken with high carb meals or will that make me fat and only be used while on low carb diet?

I take mine with each meal, 100-200mg's with ever carb meal I have.

Yup just before you eat. 2-3 caps for carb meals
