Question about working out muscles?

I'm going to the gym about 4 to 5 days a week.
I only got about 1 hour & half to work out. Is it better to concentrate on 1 muscle everyday just doing different workouts for that muscle or I'ts ok to include to muscles a day. FOR EXAMPLE:
monday - chest/traps
tuesday - biceps/triceps
wednesday - shoulders/back
etc.
or
monday - chest
tuesday - biceps
wednesday - triceps
etc.
HOW WOULD I SEE BETTER RESULTS?

I agree with this, but lets say that this person does have HIV. Your body recovers from the breakdown of muscle tissue so you will need more time to recover. So at first I would go with one body part or area a day with a weeks rest. If you are on AAS and pound down enought protien and feel that you are physically ready for the two parts a day, then I would say to go for it, but remember that it will depend as much as to what you do outside of the gym as to your routine inside.
