Pre w/o formula

This will be my 3rd beast cycle I'm stacking with katanadrol this time I've had 3 fails at this, after a couple of months my body always returns to it's natural weight. I'm going to throw everything I've got at it this time, going to use gear along with a weight gainer instead of a protein shake also want to use a pre w/o formula, any recommendations?
 
Remember, AFTER you finish your cycle and PCT, you have to continue to eat big to compensate for and retain the new muscle mass. You cannot return to your old diet and expect to maintain your gains. Shakes aren't going to cut it either. You need to use real food, an quality protein sources.

Thanks dude, I've always struggled with having bodyfat fuckin hate the stuff. Like I said I'm throwing everything at it this time and will defo take that on. Just have to grow a pair and face the flab head on.

what are your stats/history? what was your before/after weight on the cycles?

its your diet, training or both... definitely not the drugs.

why dont you address those problems first and then hop on a cycle?

5'5 158lbs 5% bf Wanna be big and lean. Currently at 2800 cals which consists of chicken eggs beef venison oats brown rice mixed veg wholemeal bread fruit nuts.
I admit that my main problem is slacking with my diet after pct. I find it difficult to eat big for that amount of time but not this time
 
you need to 'practice' eating big now and gain some weight naturally that you can hold onto. if you dont do that you will lose all your gains plain and simple.

you need more calories. you need to get into the habit of prepping more meals and eating them consistently until it is just a part of your daily routine.

how many meals do you eat now?

you should work on getting big and gaining muscle... dont worry if some fat comes along with it.. cause it will just worry about getting bigger and stronger and maintaining that muscle. once you can do that when the gains stop you should jump on a cycle.
