My girl wants me to post these questions...
She is 5 weeks from doing her first bodybuilding show is at 10%bf and weighs 147.
Is it absolutely necessary for her to do cardio first thing in the am?
(She doesn't sleep well anymore and wakes up cranky and starving.)
How much ginger should she take to avoid the protein flatulence?
