Too many reps for my liking but nice pr, try using an ez curl bar to row with the bar can hold over 300lbs I think

I agree. Thats why I mix it up with some barbell rows as well. Never tried rows on an ez curl bar, sounds like it might be a good change. ThanX again!!

ThanX brother!! I only pay 14$ a month now, and Im probabally the only one who would use the 200's in that gym. They are moving to a larger location in a few months, maybe theyll get some heavier dumbells then, but its doubtful. I may just get my own handles. ThanX brother!!
