post-workout questions?? help!!

ok two quick ones:

1. what besides protein and carbs is essential following a workout , if anything? R-ala?


2. How can I keep a good pump from the gym, if only for a night of going out? I don't drink, but would like to keep a night-workout pump for obvious reasons at the bars and clubs? carb-load?? thanks brothers!
 
The only other thin I would recommend post workout is antioxidants. As fas as keeping a pump, dbol would do that, but seriously man no woman is gonna notice the difference between your pumped and non pumped body. Trust me I used to work in a night club and would occassionally see guys doing pushups in the bathroom (this was grounds for me as the bouncer to throw their dumbasses out)
 
when I am loading on creatine I always keep my pump well after the gym. Anti Os is the only other thing I can think of also
