Just starting my cut on Monday.
Workout days;
400g protein
100g carbs (all in my two meals pre-workout)
12g fats (all from fish oil caps other than trace fats in the foods I'm eating)
2iu's slin post workout (no carbs after workout or the entire next day, which is a cardio only day for me) to slam blood sugar down below 70 so I'm swimming in ketones the next day
Non Workout days (cardio only)
400g protein
0 carbs
50g fats
75mg test prop ED
75mg tren ace ED
50mg winny ED
No clen, T3 or ECA until I feel like I need it.
Goal: Hoping to get to 6%ish in 12 or so weeks.
