Post Injection question

Hey Bro's,
I had a friend recently inject 300 mg of deca in his shoulder. He said the injection just didnt feel right, not bad but just diffrent. After he pulled the needle from his shoulder he claims his heart started to beat rapidly for a while and caused him to feel nervous and a little weak. My first thought was the feeling of discomfort from the injection maybe caused a slight panic attack, But i wanted to know what you guys think or if any of you have experienced this. I never have so im curious about it myself. Any info would be great.

This seems to be coming up alot lately..... I have never personally had this reaction, but alot of guys do.... It's 100% mental for whatever reason. He may have been nervous about it, who knows.... As long as there is no lump that grows a few days after, there is no problem...

i once hit a nerve or vein i dont know and i started seeing stars for 30 seconds and my hearing was sensitive for 30 seconds as well...was awkward but that was my first inject ever

I just posted something similar about 'my first injection' (just had it last week). I didn't really have any pain during the injection. However when I put the pin in I went all woosy, my heart started to race and I broke into a cold sweat. After I injected I was feeling pretty light headed for about a minute. Although the whole time I knew I was fine, I figure it's just a mental thing though. I went woosy when I got my tongue pierced, even though it didn't really hurt (just like the injection). So my guess is he had a similar natural 'panic' reaction. If that's the case I wouldn't worry about it, just takes getting used to. If he thinks it's something more then I don't know what to tell you.

i agree with chefbone. inj. in the delts makes it very easy to asp. easy to see that is. i've had blood shoot straight out after pulling the pin out. girlfriend was pissed. it was on her couch. went like 2 feet. the ba/bb content could also play a factor if you slipped some in the vein like chef said.
man. i could tell some stories on this.
