actually dude you put up a 600lb bench vid....you really don't need this. If you feel like you got roped in just don't do it. Sorry if that's the case, plank was right i had to look up the how/when you got involved in this. He did call you out but plank is right, this thread is about me and plunk. So you lose no face by not doing it....you bench 500lbs for without a shirt it's a given you would destroy both of us. If you wanna bow do so...i'll handle squids my own way. ;-)
