yeah i was wonderin what he thinks a dude who benches 600lbs was gonna do on MP. Obviously you're MP'ing well over 300lbs which he's not gettin anywhere near. Actually the standing MP would have probably closed the gap somewhat between the two of you....but yeah he's gettin trounced unless you're some kind of bench only freak.
I do seated MP usually on a Smith but 4 sets of 12 with 365 is child's play, I figure I can put up somewhere near 4 plates on that lift for a single with free weight. But I'm sure I'll be cheated in some kinda way. I just wanna be sure of what the stipulations on form are. Obviously my technique of stopping the weight an inch or so from my chest, to maintain tension on the chest and remain in total control of the weight has hurt my BP numbers for a single dramatically. You know since nobody else here can even squat my bench max. Next thing you know they will want to have a squat contest, LMAO. So when I do 8 plates for reps they can dream up some kinda of elaborate conspiracy theroy for that as well.
