and i beleive the challenge is a bench contest. If i can figure out way to cover my face and not look a bank robber in the gym doing bench presses i'll do it. But i'm still recovering from some judo injuries so I'm not benching even 3 plates anytime soon. I'm working on and making real progress on my metabolic conditioning for crossfit so i'm not gonna fuck that up with an ego lift when my shoulder isn't 100%. But it goes in cycles so in a few months i'll get back to the heavy lifting and we'll see. I'm already down in the 230's now which is doing wonders for my running and metcon. We'll see how things are in a few months, if they're good i'll put a vid up providing i can keep my face out of it

And the knees gotta lock out. C'mon old man...you're always callin me out on my bad back but that's the only way i do overhead presses. You woulnd't be doing seated cause you got some back problems now would you? hehe
 
rs how much can you OH press standing?
a much more impressive exercise imo than BP...never seen anyone do big weight though, nothing over 225.
kinda hard to e-judge though, form variations such as push press and back arching, how would we judge properly?

So if we chose standing, does that mean you'll man-up and compete?

I'll gladly change that criteria if it gets you off the porch.
