Those guys actually bench press on that video, the guy with the moustache is the world record snatch holder in his weight class too, snatches and bench press hmmm
I think he benched 160kg for a triple on his top set from memory.

The other guy Kolecki benched 180kg, 396 for 2 reps, slight bounce, minimal arch, no gear, not too shabby huh for a 210lb guy?
At the end of the workout too, after all the stuff they do.

I have that video.....and have watched it over and over.Even if someone doesnt care for oly lifting I would recomend this video!Pretty sure that Kolecki was a teen during the video,but I may be wrong.
