The Ultimate Training Split

I have been on this routine now for a month and my strength is going through the ROOF!! I am wondering what I should do for cutting phase though in 4 months.

I would say beginners can do it. Just use low weights at first and focus on good form. Make sure to warm up and cool down extensively as well. If you have any problems or dont feel right listen to your body and slow down.. if you feel you can do more.. BE CAREFUL and dont do too much more if anything at all.. the weight will get heavy soon enough and start to tax you.
 
Hi everyone im a hardgainer whose been doing starting strength for quite a while but my joints and tendons are getting a bit gassed from all the strength work, would the 3 day split outlined in the first post be what most people transition to after a strength based program to effectively put on some mass and continue my strength goals?

Day One - Mon

Dips or Bench Press 2 x 6-8

Incline Press 2 x 10-12

Military Press 2 x 6-8

Tricep extensions 2 x 10-12

Day Two - Wednesday

Squats 2 x 10

Deadlifts 1 x 10

Leg curl - 2 x 10

Day Three - Friday
Pull-Up 3 sets to failure

Barbell Row 2 x 8

EZ-Bar Curl 1 x 10

Abs 3 x 10
