PLEASE HELP, I have to put 40 lbs on

Try drinking a protein shake in the morning with 1 tablespoon of canola oil and one before bed with 1 tablespoon of canola oil.

that'd be my advice as well. Just eat, don't worry about supplements. I might say 1.5 X Bodyweight on the protein, and up the carbs/fats.
 
muscle milk is my favorite commercial gainer..

olive oil really helps me bulk up.. i snack on wheat bread dipped in olive oil & spices and wash it down with some whey
 
Best MRP I've ever had and highly regarded is Lean Mass Matrix MRPs. The Cinnamon Oatmeal is my fav. They are spendy but good quality shit.
