Hello Ladies and Gentlement. Summer just started and we all have been busting our asses to get into shape for this time.
I have been dieting like a animal. Training has been superb (with the help of lipoflame for cardio and my amp02 for intensity).
My Stats:
5' 10 - 5' 11
195lbs
Waist: 32in
BF: Est: 10% (maybe lower)

My Cardio has definately helped me shred the stomach fat. I started supplementing lipoflame @ 3caps/2x Day on NON Cardio Days, while on cardio days i used the full 6 caps pre cardio. My Cardio has increased tremendously, and my BF has decreased.
Diet is still:
40% Protein
30% Fat
30% Carbs
Whole Wheat/Whole Grains are my carbs of choice.
Here is a breakdown of my Meals:
Breakfast:
3 Egg Whites & 1 Whole egg
1 bowl of Weight Control Oatmeal (higher in fiber and sweetened with
splenda)
Snack 1:
Tuna on flax seed Wrap (100 Calorie wraps, made out Flax, etc, high in fiber)
Lunch:
Grilled chicken w/ custom Salsa Mix (chick peas, olives, salsa + fat free italian dressing) & 2 Pieces of Whole Wheat Toast (you put the chicken and salsa mix on the toast, it tastes awesome!)
Snack2:
Handfull of Peanuts
Dinner:
I had The Salsa Mix left over so i had Grilled Chicken + Flax Seed Wrap with Salsa Mix
PreBed Meal:
Ok, this was a mess up, i had cerial in a cup last night with milk + cashews.....but hey, whole grains baby! lol
h20 Consumption:
Has been Very High Lately, im just loving water. Also, i drink 2-3 cups/day of Green Tea (real green tea bags + hot water), i leave the tea bags in, and just refill the water and reuse the bag. I make sure to have atleast 2x/day.
OH YEA, AND IF U WANT TO SEE HOW BIG I WAS BEFORE ELITEFITNESS, CHECK MY OLDER LOGS (IN SIGNATURE)
