Epi had me feeling great, i just wanted to keep going...
dinner last night was good I had decided I would cheat but I was able to keep my meal very clean I had grilled tuna with asparagus
and a tomato mozzarella salad. I did have a few bites of stacys cheese cake :D
 
so on an Epi note, def feeling something. got sick pumps in my arms while smashing last night and libido was nuts! smashed 3 times for a while too it wasnt like they were 20 min nuts, and still woke up with some rageing wood, so I smashed again shorty fell over after she got up to go to the bathroom hahaha , cant imagine what I will be like on test :evil:

I hope your lady can handle sex 4-6 times a day because on test, your gonna wanna do it at least that many times a day :D...

well im kind off, sort off single at the moment

on an other note feel great today trying to get out of work early so i can hit chest, i took 2 N2S with lunch and Ive been feeling pumped since, I really want to lift, doesnt look like they'll let me out before 7 and thats at what time the gym closes today. i guess ill atleast be a able to get a nice run in
 
A rest day every now and then isnt the worst thing in the world. Im sure ur body wants a break from the volume lol.
 
Took a early spin class this AM. Just got home ate some food took my usual Supps and dosed 30mg epi, will lay down for about a hour and then I'll go hit chest before school.

No fucka, volume on cycle is wear it is at for decent strength and size :D
