LMAO see I told u Gammer. And this is one of his lighter volume workouts.

I type this and then realize I did 14 different exercises today some of which I did 5 sets of :mix:
 
Am cardio, 40 mins on stepmaster. So I think I'm getting a little dry again left elbow is been acting up a lot lately and my right wrist also. Im gonna try and up my water intake.
 
so im not sure if its the epi or just the shitty long day at work but I've felt pretty agressive today, libido is still up been walking around with a chubby all day, left nut kind of hurts tho.

cant wait to get out and hit arms!​
 
strenght so ill be doing a decent amount of volume with mod weight and high reps will focus on hypertrophy towards the end of the cycle when im on katana alone.
