other than a K& N air filter what other aftermarket parts can

Im mainly interested in increasing fuel economy.. I am goint to put the less restrictive air filter on how about a cold air intact> how does this work and will it give better gas mileage

If you can keep your foot outta the accelerator, it might give you 2-3 mpg increase......not that much though. You'll love the way it sounds and step on it all the time though. Trust me. Go with the flux capacitor.

A cold air intake leans out the fuel mixture a bit (can even trip a DTE by leaning it too much) so it can, and will, improve fuel economy if you keep your foot out of it. A larger throttle body added at the same time can lean it out a bit more and maybe add a bit more fuel economy as well.

Let's be realistic here......When he hears what it sounds like, he's gonna wanna hear it more.........There's no way you can keep your foot outta the pedal when you've got a cold air....it sounds too good!

Not sure about that, I NEVER stomp on mine and I never go over 106mph!!!

I do to a 2007 caddillac Northstar engine.? I dont wont anything extreme.. this will just be a weekend cruiser> I know a filter will make the air less restrictive,..,thanks k for all anwers

What's it in? CTS, DTS, STS, Escalade, XLR or...???

My point being, unless it's a CTS or XLR, why bother?
