Ok let's hear it from the fattys... Cycle at 35% fat?

i donno bro. 35% is very high although i would say i was 25% when i started, but here's couple things that you should staple into your head

AAS is for muscle growth
Diet and Cardio burn fat, diet being most important, cardio will just add to the daily deficit of calories. You need to train natural for longer also bro. Your not even to your natural potential, nowhere near it.

When i started aas i wasn't either, thought i knew how to eat, i didn't, AL will tell you i don't know how to train either, LOL, but, once i did, the anabolics became so much more useful.

Not knowing how to eat + aas will make you fatter, and this is from personal experience my friend. yes you'll get stronger, yes you'll get bigger muscles, which will only make you look even fatter.

when you get sub 20% start up a simple test cycle, eating very clean so as to add lean mass and still burn fat at the same time.

then look into test and tren after that, this is where shit will happen.

if you start now, too early, like i did, you'll always wonder what you couldve did yourself without the junk. i certainly do, i wonder, how far with the knowledge of diet and training i have now, how far i couldve taken myself without juice, and the scary thing is, maybe as far as i am now, hehe. but test is fun, irregardless, the libido, good feeling, it's good, but if you don't know how to eat, and i'm gonna assume you don't, even though you think you do, you will get fatter, be dissappointed, and possibly even become depressed. take your time, learn to train, learn to eat. the day you hit the juice, you'll appreciate it alot more.

Well, if you are looking to lose some bodyfat, and you do so by diet, but want to get there a little bit faster, swing by www.proteabody.com and see if anything there might be of interest. I'd recommend Xplosive Burn, Lean Fast, and Carb Free if you choose a lower carb diet.

I know some Professional Powerlifters that are 35%, and they are on boat loads of gear.

big difference is these guys have been lifting for ever...this guy has been lifting for a solid THREE months...that's the main difference in BF% on a power lifter and BF% on a fat guy...and just curious, how can you have such a HIGH BF% and claim to be able to see your upper 2 abs??? that just makes no sense especially when you say all your fat is in the middle...

LMFAO, believe me you can see them, my chest, arms and legs are well defined but my middle part, my belly, is fat as hell. I can take pics if you guys like so you can see what i mean.

But i do get your point, the thing is that im giving you an aproximate from a body calipher, is the digital one that measures your body fat, i don't know how accurate are those but my guess is that it can give you an overall aproximate.

Man you can't really trust a caliper. I believe it has an error of plus or minus like 7 or 8%. That's a big margin! But bro you need to drop a little more, trust me I started cutting at 275 and am now sitting at around 200. I was obese and dude you'll be glad you lost it. You may have low subcutaneous fat but the visceral fat is probably still there. Try bodpod or underwater weighing to get the bodyfat. Keep up the hardwork and you'll be there.
