Here you go Max!-But you can pack an amazing amount of mass on your legs with low volume HIGH WEIGHT!
5-8 rep range for Front Squats, 5 sets.
3-5 rep range for Back Squats, 7-10 sets.
8-10 for Leg press, 6 sets.
That right there is your leg workout. Alt Ft and Bk squats each session as to which one you do first, follow with Leg press.
Go heavy bro and you will explode. I assure you, you really will.

Well here are some progress pics 2 weeks into cut. To say I am not quite happy with them is an understatement. I will be tweaking diet and making necessary changes to make this happen. Damn it! And Zed that one pic shows my legs. Yes they suck! All the martial arts and soccer has jut made them lean as hell. I am trying as hard as I can on the legs guys. This is why I am competing physique this season. They just suck even though they are strong. Idk here you go.

As far as legs go, have to shock the fuck out of them...drop sets as painful as they are, low reps...heavy as fuck, and do not perform cardio on leg day...they need to have their own day. You are looking good, have you or your trainer thought about IF? Trying it right now and will give it a week at a time to see what kind of results I will get, but you are getting ready for a show next month? Get to work, stay focused, and you will get there...doesn't it seem on the day you take progress pics that you never look as good as you did the day you see yourself in the mirror and say...damn I need to take pics? Thats how I felt with mine yesterday lol!

owl..I'm one of those non plat folks who can't see really well but when are you competing?? Did it move from the fall?? You seem to have dropped a lot in a short time so was wondering about your timelines. Sometimes the change in supplements can account for some of the drop too right....less gear, less water, etc etc...

Yeah for some reason my trainer decided to move my first show date up. Went from September to June then June to May 26th. Now I am cutting like crazy and dropping size like a damn banshee. Lol I dropped my creatine. Added cutting compounds to my cycle and my trainer said the way I am leaning out that I could get on stage by May 26th. But trust me if I am not ready by then he can kiss my ass. I am killing cardio just went up to two a days for the next four weeks. In a caloric deficit now from a surplus two weeks ago and the whole game changed really. Lol Thank you for the support Cali!!!!

Oh yes. And the way you grip the bar would be brutal on your shoulder injury. I was highly surprised how much it really pulled on the delt.

They always looked not so shoulder friendly. Always up for trying something new and tortureous but wont try those. ;)

Zed what is your take on using the straps as that seems to be the easiest on the shoulders? Especially when the weight gets heavier? The vid I watched yesterday really stressed that that is the best way to do these unless you are trianing for an Olympic lifting meet.
 
With the straps is how I prefer to do em bro by far. Not nearly as hard on the wrists, elbows and shoulders. But it does take a little getting used to. Not having your hands directly on that bar.
But def worth working thru for me anyway.
 
Yeah bro will be trying these tomorrow for sure for I hate balancing the bar on my shoulders!!!

I have a really nice squat rack that allows me to find the sweet spot on my back to balance the bar before squatting, thats my fav way of doing this exercise.

I use straps on front squats. Much easier I find I can go a little heavier when I use straps. :)

Also digging your hands under the bar. Is another way of front squatting. Elbows facing forward. Olympic weightlifter style. Try it with singles or doubles till you get used to it. You may also feel like you are getting choked out a little but hell. It's all fun and games till you pass out.

Alright bros. A little change up in my cycle. Dropping the g a week in test e. Just ordered some test p from a very good friend. I will be lowering eq dose from 900 to 600. About to run the prop at 100mgs eod tren a 100mgs eod mast p 100mgs eod and eq 600 per week. 300 mon 300 thurs. Until further notice. Cutting for the comp and feel like the test e may be bloating
Me just a bit even w the liquidex. So excited about trying this particular prop. If it is anything like I think this will be incredible!

I had almost a full bottle so I already switched over on Monday to the test p and will continue 100mgs eod instead of 500 test e twice a week. Also have lowered eq dose down to 600 total per week. 300 mon and thurs instead of 900. So now I am running my classics cutter. Test p, tren a, mast p, 100mgs eod. Along with eq twice a week at 300 per. That is a pretty drastic reduction in gear per week but what do you think Radar? MA?

Really felt good and strong this am. Have not felt this good in the gym in a while. I am wondering by lowering my doses if my body is feeling better. Or it could be the N2Guard. Or a combination of the two. Idk.....Some sickness in the fam has my head up my ass but i am training as hard as ever. It is truly all I have to keep myself sane.

I agree. I do not understand it but I really feel better and stronger now that doses are lower. I think I just like prop. Plus a g a week even though I am old on the test e seems to be too much for me to be honest. Gains didn't jump like crazy vs 750. Just a lesson learned I belive. I had to try it. However I do not think in the future I will run that much test. Plus I love Tren A the best any way. After the comp when I do my cruise I will rebuild a little and then run another Tren A cycle with a trt dose of test I believe.
 
Impressive bench owl thats sum good reps at 130kg u be able to hit the magic 200kg bench soon,id luv to do that,every1 gets shit in ther life mate damm think we all in this comp hav 1 thing or more that would hav normal ppl giving up but we keep lifting,shit normal ppl on a happy good day cant make gym but in our dark hours we stil pick up the iron cos thats who we are,sum pick up bottle o booze we pick up the bar an i respect every single person on here for that
