Here you go Max!-But you can pack an amazing amount of mass on your legs with low volume HIGH WEIGHT!
5-8 rep range for Front Squats, 5 sets.
3-5 rep range for Back Squats, 7-10 sets.
8-10 for Leg press, 6 sets.
That right there is your leg workout. Alt Ft and Bk squats each session as to which one you do first, follow with Leg press.
Go heavy bro and you will explode. I assure you, you really will.

Keep at it bro, don't get discouraged, modify things and use these pics as a comparison for the next set where you will be leaner because you now know what you have to do...work harder! As far as legs go, have to shock the fuck out of them...drop sets as painful as they are, low reps...heavy as fuck, and do not perform cardio on leg day...they need to have their own day. You are looking good, have you or your trainer thought about IF? Trying it right now and will give it a week at a time to see what kind of results I will get, but you are getting ready for a show next month? Get to work, stay focused, and you will get there...doesn't it seem on the day you take progress pics that you never look as good as you did the day you see yourself in the mirror and say...damn I need to take pics? Thats how I felt with mine yesterday lol!

He thinks if we cut down that I will kill mens masters physique this year and after November we will play the mass game for about a year like you said and be ready for bbing by end of next year. That is exactly my plan. As soon as I started the tren and dieting I started losing size quick. I have dropped from 238 a few weeks ago to 220 right now. Never hold back with me Zed that is why I like you so much bro. I don't need people telling me bullshit I am here to be the real deal and next year will be the Mass year bro! I am going to shred as hard as I possibly can. Hit nationals in physique and take home some trophys. Then it is effing game on for mass!!!!!

You seem to have dropped a lot in a short time so was wondering about your timelines. Sometimes the change in supplements can account for some of the drop too right....less gear, less water, etc etc...

Yeah for some reason my trainer decided to move my first show date up. Went from September to June then June to May 26th. Now I am cutting like crazy and dropping size like a damn banshee. Lol I dropped my creatine. Added cutting compounds to my cycle and my trainer said the way I am leaning out that I could get on stage by May 26th. But trust me if I am not ready by then he can kiss my ass. I am killing cardio just went up to two a days for the next four weeks. In a caloric deficit now from a surplus two weeks ago and the whole game changed really. Lol Thank you for the support Cali!!!!

Oh yes. And the way you grip the bar would be brutal on your shoulder injury. I was highly surprised how much it really pulled on the delt.

Zed what is your take on using the straps as that seems to be the easiest on the shoulders? Especially when the weight gets heavier? The vid I watched yesterday really stressed that that is the best way to do these unless you are trianing for an Olympic lifting meet.
Also digging your hands under the bar. Is another way of front squatting. Elbows facing forward. Olympic weightlifter style. Try it with singles or doubles till you get used to it. You may also feel like you are getting choked out a little but hell. It's all fun and games till you pass out.

I had almost a full bottle so I already switched over on Monday to the test p and will continue 100mgs eod instead of 500 test e twice a week. Also have lowered eq dose down to 600 total per week. 300 mon and thurs instead of 900. So now I am running my classics cutter. Test p, tren a, mast p, 100mgs eod. Along with eq twice a week at 300 per. That is a pretty drastic reduction in gear per week but what do you think Radar? MA?
