32/yo Male with history of testicular cancer and metastatic disease. Upon receiving chemo for a year (BEP X8) I turned into a twig. At my best, I weighed 199-202 with about 10-12% BF (Military 8 years). I am looking to get back at least some of that. Docs estimated that I lost somewhere around 25ish LBS of muscle mass from the treatment. Newly found history of lowT from the orchiectomy (they took my left nut on valentines day literally - yes one hell of a joke now) in which my T levels aren't completely abnormal, but for my age should be higher. I am currently not on T replacement, but I'm sure that's well on its way. My test levels hover around the 280-310 range on any given day. Now for the juicy part...

I am, as I said previous, looking to get back to the body that I USED to have. I cant even comfortably take my damn shirt off anymore without feeling like I look like Gumby LOL. I intended to use GH and TREN but from the advice of many, I clearly shouldn't be doing that given my history. So I am now asking, what should I be doing? Here is what I currently have:
(1) Bolde 250mg/ml 10ml (NOT ENOUGH BUT WILL GET MORE)
(30) Tamoxifen 20mg tab
(6) Gonadorelin hcl 200mg/ml (5ml)
(2) Test Cyp 250mg/ml (10ml) (ALSO HAVE A TON OF OTHER TESTS... euro blend/prop/enanthate)
(2) Chorionic Gonadotropin 6,000 usp
(2) Nandrolone Decanoate 200mg/ml
I also have some A-dex but not quite sure how much but my doc will give me basically anything I ask for.

Given that info, I would love any help I can get with this cycle not limited to any vitamins or supps I should take, as well as a diet. My exercise plan has been pretty decent to me, but I wouldn't mind some criticism there either. Thanks in advance for all the help and even the scrutiny. Will also post pics along the way.

But you still are posting the same question that we gave you advice on.

Hgh and trenbolone no go for you.

What you should post here in the LOG is your diet and training and cardio and supplements.

What are you eating, how are you training when injecting when supplements when cardio and so on.
 
I would probably start simple with 500 mg of test cyp and maybe 200-400 mg of Nandrolone. Your body has been starved of testosterone for so long I bet your muscle memory would kick right in and get you back where you want to be if you have enough clean calories to do it.
 
I would agree with @Ol_Wolf, start simple. 500 test but if this is your first cycle, I would stick to that. If this is not your first, what have you ran in the past. And Yes, given your history, currently I would not even entertain running tren. Maybe second cycle incorporate an additional product. Keep the Tamox on had and use if needed.

What is the diet like?
You say your exercise plan is decent and would like it critiqued! But you don't say what it is.

Pinned my Monday schedule yesterday and blasted my body in gym today.

Breakfast today: 6 scrambled eggs. 1 bowl cottage cheese, 2 orange slices, apple juice, and half an English muffin. Also starting my water at 83L a day.
Started a 3900 calorie diet (open to suggestions on that) with an app that I downloaded - tells me when to eat, how much, and what ingredients. It also gave me my entire workout schedule.
Has me working out today and every other day for 3 days this week and will get to 5 days in a short few weeks.

I have not really nailed down my vitamins yet (also open to suggestions there) but will be taking at least aminos, electrolytes, fish oils, and recovery stuff.

I took some starting pics after gym day one today and although embarrassing as f**k, it’ll be my motivation throughout. And yes I need a damn haircut lol.

Lemme know if I missed anything!

for vitamins you need to use n2guard for organ support, 7caps ed for organs liver kidneys and multi vitamin, i'm on it now

I think you are wasting EQ. I would have went Deca at 250mg and test at 350-400mg. you should Still get good results just with cost of EQ I wont run unless I can run 600mg min for 16 weeks. good luck my friend Diet going to be key here. Keep killing it my friend
 
So new problem.. I noticed floaters in my eq this morning. Should I try to heat it? Should I toss it? If i toss it, what should I use as a backup instead?

Update: I had the shit in the fridge. 😑 didn’t even occur to me it’s an oil and wasn’t supposed to be.

diet training coming?
I let it set out for a couple hours and all floaters disappeared.

Diet is pretty much this every day give or take a diff protein here and there.

Morning - 5-6 scrambled eggs, fresh fruit (very little) bowl of cottage cheese and a small glass of apple juice. I know the Apple juice isn’t so great but I just love that shit.
Snack before lunch - either fresh green salad or most of the time a meal replacement shake home made with gainer protein
Lunch - grilled chicken and quinoa or brown rice (sometimes a burger lettuce wrapped)
Snack - meal replacement shake with protein or a protein bar
Dinner - protein of choice, vegetable of choice, and quinoa or brown rice. Usually if I’m still hungry I’ll eat a multigrain piece of toast with avocado but I’m almost never still hungry.
And then just pounding water.
 
So I downloaded this app to keep me on target but I usually add 3 or so exercises to the entire workout.. today I did this workout and added cable crossovers.. 3 sets of 12 from top to bottom and 3 sets of 12 from bottom to top. I added leg press 3 sets of 10 at max weight. I added tricep press 3 sets of 10 at max weight. I added preacher curls 3 sets of 10 at max weight (I did this instead of Scott curl) And finally I literally hit every ab machine on the way out the door.

just warm it up a little in oven with a vent pin in top or put in some hot water it will clear right up. just eq crystals coming unsuspended meaning the dosing is probably right

I’m currently in week 4 and you guys have seen my progress pics so far. Anyone have any critiques to offer? Should I add a fat burner? I feel like I’m gaining strength and size but my abs aren’t budging. (I’m not going to lie to you guys, I have been slacking big time on cardio. My lungs are damaged pretty heavy from the chemo so breathing is a damn task in itself)

I know I’ve been slacking on my water intake. I should be 80ml+ a day and I’m probably averaging about 30-40ml a day which I need to fix. I’ve been pretty on point with diet as far as just trying to eat clean, I’m just always hungry. ALWAYS.

I’ve been taking aminos and a nitric oxide booster but other than that nothing else.

Lemme know what you guys think and I wanna take a second and appreciate the hell out of you all for the advice and motivation!

The picture posted is last year when I did my last cycle which was bold, HGH, and test. The fat in my stomach area literally fell off in 3 weeks and slimmed from there for the rest of the cycle. I can’t find any of the pics I had from that cycle other than that one. Notice the significant difference in my abs.
