No more cardio for me

Why cut cardio out completely? You said yourself it makes you feel good. Try just cutting back or try a different type of cardio like the speed bag which would concentrate on your upper body. I feel like shit when I miss it and the reason I'll have to blow it off is because I'm pressed for time.
 
the type of cardio i was doing was stairs, 24 flights of them, up and down for 30 minutes. I found my legs were always shaking throughout the week, like when i lift a weight or soemhting, i can feel them.
 
The steps are way to high in intensity. Burning too much muscle glycogen. Ride a bike, fast walk or something else less intense. No surprise that it is having a negative effect.

Hi Ladies,

My legs are 26" how can I reduce the size I hate that.
They keep getting bigger and bigger I have been doing Stairmaster, Treadmill on 15% incline and
Bike.
Weights I do squats Leg Press Hack Squats ect...
How Can I reduce upper thigh...
