Succinct. I'll only add that 6 mo. is a drop in the bucket in terms of muscular growth. Quality mass is a process that takes years. Find a program that works for you and STICK WITH IT.. Lot's of on-line sources- a good place to start might be the Training Information Vault in Weightlifting Forum.
