newbie..47 male trying to get in shape - need muscle mass!

I am new here and I've been working out for six months and I've burned a lot of body fat...I haven't been able to gain a lot of muscle mass however and any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated...

Training? Diet? Ergogenics? I think those are the only three things that really work.

No offense, but the question of how to gain more muscle mass is very generic, and the three above areas are pretty encompassing.

eat, eat, and eat some more....... lift heavy but you gotta eat. not crispy creams either.

Succinct. I'll only add that 6 mo. is a drop in the bucket in terms of muscular growth. Quality mass is a process that takes years. Find a program that works for you and STICK WITH IT.. Lot's of on-line sources- a good place to start might be the Training Information Vault in Weightlifting Forum.
