boosting my lean mass as a female

I’ve never been an athletic person and I think I have bad genetics. I’m currently 5’1” and I weigh around 130 lbs.
It’s getting a bit frustrating as a female because every time I try to increase my Lean Mass by boosting my protein and calories I gain a lot of weight.
What can I do when it comes to PED usage to get more muscle without gaining more fat?

i would start by increasing more protein and adding light anavar 2.5mgs and see with n2guard
 
try a light steroid or sarms cycle. maybe some tbol
