arms blew up like balloons the pump was unreal I couldn't even make a fist (not that I was planning on using a fist lol)

Absolutely loved today's session Zed added 10lb on to my bench and if I'm honest I was very reluctant but I totally smashed it no spotter either.

Lmao!!!! I found flash Gordon adult underwear at our local target this past Christmas. I got them for my husband coz I thought they were hysterical!!! Even better then was one day while he was getting ready for the gym-- a back day-- he puts on the flash underwear and then manages to have one of his best lifts in quite some time. (mind u, he was wearing other clothes as well. Lol!). He says that his power came from his flash underpants. Hahahahahaha!!!!! :)

Early morning fasted cardio session 40 mins bpm 150-170 , then some ab work 30 crunches , 30 oblique twist with weight, 30 knee tucks , 30 frog things (not sure there real name lol)
Then smashed leg press 200 kg 3x20 wide, narrow, wide ...now away home to eat , can anyone rem if Radar said whole egg or egg white after fasted cardio?

Hey Greg!! I suffer from tennis elbow so once over couldn't do certain curls these are the only ones I can do without irritating it,
After a massive session 5x5 I do these and the pump is amazing my arms just blow up lol

lol! thats to be expected, Mine is th same, I do 200 reps or ab work twica a week ,at the ende of the day they get soft, But just you wait until after cardio in the mornings ,i could open my own business wash your clothes on my abs! (scrub, Scrub,):supercool

Yeah I agree I really enjoyed my session and for a while I haven't been enjoying them. You don't lift is that through injury?

I just had almost a full week off of my diet and although I still did train weights, I didn't have a 'schedule' I feel soooooo much better now! Revamped and ready to go at it hard.

Plus your videos helped motivate me today! I was thinking about picking up a weight belt, just to use with my squats and rack pulls. Did you notice a difference for you? I've been getting a slight 'pinch' in my lower back

I tried a weight belt with my squats last night. I did like it but found that I was breathing heavy after my set. Is that just because it's so tight?
 
AM fasted cardio 40 mins heart rate 150-180
Then superset abs.

Then a bike ride just 40 mins light.
