I always had problems trying to make my biceps grow. I tried different routines in the past, different intensity, short workouts, long workouts, nothing seemed to work fine. They grew over time but at a different pace compared with the rest of the body. Until one day I found an old post from you here, posting a different routine with some specific tips for people with arms like me. Tried it, and until this day I use the same tips. My biceps finally grew.

That was like 2 years ago, and I was waiting the opportunity to tell you Thank you.

No. No special forum. The idea behind that was so I could have communication with only people who were interested in discussing my theories. If anyone was dead set against them (for whatever reason), they didn't have to join in. But of course, it doesn't work that way. I had a host of antagonists go over and piss all over the threads. It ruined it for everyone. I didn't have time for that so I bowed out.

I'm glad to see things have been cleaned up around here. It was time. I always thought this was the best BB board on the net.

UFO -- do you remember the title of the thread/article? If so, I might be able to track in down in my files, in which case I'll post it.
