Nelson Montana, since you're back I have to Thank you!

hey yall I can't find that link because I'm not plat anymore...:( But I'm sure more than one person here remember that thread and can find it. Is the one that basically explain how the traditional exercises doesn't work for some people because of the shape of the arms. For example if I use the classic easy bar, do classic dumbells curls, etc, my forearms will be sore the next day and my biceps would feel like I didn't even trained. But If I twist my hand outwards (opposite position to the one that the EZ bar gives you) while exercising, I can hit my Biceps very good.

Nelson explains the theory and the suggested exercises based on that technique.


And I forgot to mention also that I tried once the "all natural PCT" from Nelson Montana and it worked perfectly for me. Thank you again.
