I've seriously thought about abandoning my house I've lost so much $$$$$$$$$$ I'll never recover - plus I really just need to move out of this house...and I cant. Its driving me crazy.

I have the same type of douche who does the same thing out of his parents house down the street from me. Its annoying to say the least. All the shady people stopping by, different cars all the time... oh well. What do you do

I worked it out. I've paid more than three times the purchase price of this house over the years and we're hoping that when/if we sell we won't owe the mortgage company anything.

I already checked it with my lawyer, they can't take away our credit cards if we walk away. Shit I'd really rather not do that. I have a real fear of not being able to sell at all, though. I have neighbors that have already walked.

But I refuse to die in this g'damned neighborhood.

I pay $365/mo in rent for a two bedroom, live in a nice part of town in decent apartment, got an awesome roommate who gives me zero shit to put up with, and if anything goes wrong with the apartment it gets fixed free of charge.
