Need Help with my supplement dosages...SERIOUS KARMA

I don't know anything about garlic which is why I had the ?...why do you feel it's worth taking?

Also, I am interested in your thoughts on idebenone, nattokinase, and vitamin k2. The only one of those I know anything about is idebenone, but even that is very limited info.

garlic acts like HDL in our blood, in fact even more effective than HDL at what it does in protecting us from arterial plaque buildup. it's also a very effective natural anti-biotic.

K2 keeps calcium out of our arteries and in our bones, where it belongs.

nattokinase is probably THE most effective clot (fibrin) dissolving substance know to man. it does this without thinning the blood, too, as is the case with aspirin.

these three substances have to be in the top 5 for arterial health imo. the other two being r-ala because of the negative effects sugar has on our cv systems, and enzymes to reduce inflammation.

i like idebenone because it acts positively on the heart muscle itself. hawthorne berry also acts on the heart muscle itself. i've had some health issues in the past that have resulted in an enlarged heart, well, one side anyway, so i make it a point to use supp's that are considered to be good for that. l-carnitine is also good for this.

i hope that helps bro.

Awesome post 40butpumpin. I threw away my garlic cuase I thought it caused me to have low test issues.. what a dummy. I am going to get more now - i ignored its HDL like effects.

since 90% of heart attacks are clot related, nattokinase seems like a great supplement. I'm going to look into it.

Nobody mentioned ALCAR and 7-Keto DHEA. Why?

thanks bro. garlic does not have any negative effect on test that i have ever heard of, or experienced for that matter.

strokes too, nattokinase imo is the best substance available for this.

alcar and 7-keto are both excellent supp's, i just wish 7-keto was cheaper. since i'm on an anti-e most of the time anyway, dhea is the cheaper way to go.

ahh.. dhea great for everything except becoming estrogen. Estrogen is the toughest thing to control.. its got to be in such a tight low range to control bloating. too low and your going to die with no libdo..

Lots of good advice here. I just thought I would add my thoughts. I take both milk thistle and r-ala when on orals, and r-ala regardless. I know someone said, just r-ala, but I take both. Also, the Green Tea extract is another one that I would not be without, I take it ED.

My other thought is that with this much supplementing already, you might want to look into an injectible b-complex, much more effective, and a lot cheeper too, even counting the pins, and if you are on cycle, depending on what you are taking you can shoot it together (though, it is typically given sub-q, IM is acceptable).
