When you say many have done dbol only cycles and kept a good portion of their gains are you speaking from experience?
When I was around his age I also wanted to do a dbol only cycle.
Good some nice gains while on but lost everything post cycle and my strength dropped like crazy.
Im talking from experience, I was in the same spot. Also was afraid of needles.

I totally agree with you that he needs to do ALOT more research before he does anything. I myself have not done a d-bol only cycle, however I have talked to many that have and kept a good 10lbs post cycle. Some guys on this board claim to have done d-bol only and kept gains. But in the end your right a injectable test would definetly help solidify gains and it all comes down to him needing to do more research and the answers will come to him.
ummm, yes. and one more important thing, join a gym. you WILL actually have to workout.
how did you come to the decision of using dbol? did someone recommend it? i can't believe someone who knows what they are doing would sell someone who doesn't know what they are doing just dbol. geez, drug dealers are pathetic these days. they should have to attend a seminar.

How about this: eat 6 meals a day each meal consisting of 50 grams protein, for a daily total of 300 grams and take creatine for a while then get back to us.
LOL, You take protein everytime after you work out? That's a sign that you don't know what you are doing yet. I mean what about the other 5 meals a day. What do you eat then? Or let me guess, you don't eat breakfast most of the time, and you sometimes only eat once a day. You probably drink everynight. When you workout does that mean you do pushups and situps in your bedroom?
he meant take in protein and carbs post w/o, and take protein the other 5-6 times you eat the rest of the day. up to 300 plus grams daily depending on weight. about 1-2 times bodyweight in protein.
