Had to keep it light today on the traps. I strained my neck on Saturday while benching and it hurt a lot today. It's hard to hold my head up straight. I thought a little activity would help get the blood moving.

Went to Atlanta for the weekend and trained with Kara B. and the folks from North Georgia BB Club. They were so great!

Then tried a single with no board, 315. I got it to touch, but was way out of the groove, and exhausted. Pwr_machine helped guide it up.
