  • Incline ISO seated press 80lbs up 10lbs 4x12-15
  • Decline bb bench press 125lbs up 10lbs 3x8
  • Cable flies 40lbs up 5lbs 3x15
Superset

  • Cable front raises rope 70lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Seated shoulder press machine ISO 60lbs up 5lbs 3x10
Abs
Incline treadmill 25mins
