  • Machine neutral chest press 80lbs up 20lbs 4x13
  • Incline DB flies palms forward 15lbs up 5lbs 3x15
  • Push ups 3x20 up in reps
  • Arnold press 25lbs up 5lbs 3x8
  • Alternating DB front raises 20lbs up 5lbs 4x15
