cardazol is a great formula if you need a pre workout. and sarms it really is up to you. maybe nutrobal and gw mix would be up your alley @Mk11kh

I might do faster cardio in the mornings with my new school schedule. I just started school back up again I can’t do 45 mins of cardio. Step wise I’m getting over 15k steps a day

It won’t. I usually take Sundays off from the gym so basically I’ll be working out Saturday morning and then go straight to get the tattoo work done. Then I’ll also go on Sundays. Monday through Friday won’t be impacted. Plus he’s charging me by the hour so I can really only afford three 5 hour sessions until my next payday
