Quads/glutes/calves
- Bb squats ATG 1sec pause 145lbs up 10lbs 4x8
- Incline calve presses 310lbs up 10lbs 4x14
- Bulgarian split squats leverage machine 3x15 up in reps
- Hack squat narrow stance 60lbs 4x
- Smith machine calve pressed 21s 80lbs up 10lbs 4x21
- Cable kickbacks 60lbs up 10lbs 3x7
- Superset w/ cable crossed legs kick back 60lbs up 10lbs 3x7
- Seated leg extensions narrow stance 115lbs 4x16 up in reps
- Side to side squats 3x30
