So I upped my calories today so that I should be gaining 1% bodyweight per week. I'm at 3567 Calories/day. I did back and triceps today. Had a killer workout. Integrated behind the back barbell shrugs instead of behind the back cable shrugs and I really felt the difference. I also used the ISO low leverage row to do shrugs and I got a pretty good burn and pump on my traps.
				
			- Behind the back bb shrugs (just the bar) 4x15
 - BB Rows (neutral grip) 135lbs 3x15 up in reps
 - Cable rope tricep extensions (lateral head) 70lbs up 10lbs 4x15
 - Smith Machine JM press (long head) 4x15 up in reps
 - ISO low row shrugs 90lbs 4x12
 - Wide lat pull downs 130lbs up 15lbs 3x16
 - Overhead behind the back vbar tricep extensions 120lbs up 10lbs 4x15
