  • Cable incline bench bicep curl 40lbs 4x10 up in reps
  • Seated DB tricep extension 40lbs 4x12
  • Reverse bicep curls 30lbs up 10lbs 3x15
  • Concentration curls (short head) 35lbs 3x12
  • Close grip bench press smith machine (long head) 100lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • ES bar flexion 20lbs 3x21
  • Cable rope hammer curls (long head) 40lbs 4x15
  • Isolated db overhead tricep extension (lateral head) 25lbs up 5lbs 3x9
  • Rotating dbs 10lbs up 5lbs 3x22
Incline treadmill 30 mins

A little over a year ago! Roast was hams/glutes/calves

  • Bb deadlifts 155lbs up 20lbs 4x8
  • BB Hip Thrusts 4x13
  • Seated calve press 21s at different angles 165lbs up 5lbs 4x21
  • Hip abductor machine modified 160lbs up 5lbs 3x15
  • Superset normal hip abductor machine 115lbs 3x15
    • Standing isolated hamstring curls 10lbs 3x12
  • Standing calve raise machine 320 up 10lbs 4x10
This is a drastic improvement

  • Isolated preacher hammer curls 5lbs 3x16 up in reps
  • Incline bb bench 85lbs 4x12
  • Wide grip cable curls 70lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Wide grip dips 20lbs up 5lbs 4x8
  • V-bar bicep curls 40lbs up 10lbs 4x15
  • Cable fly machine 20lbs up 5lbs 4x15

Amazing leg pump today! I destroyed my quads on leg extensions today.

Overall one of my best leg days

Quads/glutes/calves

  • Bb squats ATG 1sec pause 145lbs up 10lbs 4x8
  • Incline calve presses 310lbs up 10lbs 4x14
  • Bulgarian split squats leverage machine 3x15 up in reps
  • Hack squat narrow stance 60lbs 4x
  • Smith machine calve pressed 21s 80lbs up 10lbs 4x21
  • Cable kickbacks 60lbs up 10lbs 3x7
  • Superset w/ cable crossed legs kick back 60lbs up 10lbs 3x7
  • Seated leg extensions narrow stance 115lbs 4x16 up in reps
  • Side to side squats 3x30
