Love this bro, Yeha after tearing my tendon off the bone I’ve had to take a deep look at myself and training - end up being a blessing
 
Yup we are one in the same i got a rod through my right shoulder and two metal anchors from tearing my tendon in 3 separate spots, bicep tendon around the shoulder joint area in 2016 so i understand completely.
Love this bro, Yeha after tearing my tendon off the bone I’ve had to take a deep look at myself and training - end up being a blessing
