πŸ’œ Happy Saturday EF FAM, this morning was my second leg session of the week: legs-b and this is always with hamstring bias movement patters.

πŸ“Š workout was good, progression on all moments and execution is still currently increasing, I expect this to dip off as I get towards the end of this cut.

πŸ“‰ Fat loss still tending down however numbers are coming to a hault as my body seems to be recomping slightly, despite caloric defect being quite low at the moment.

🐼 I’ll try and get a proper physique update next week.
