increased stamina. . .

might want to find something non-destructive to satisfy the oral fixation though. . .i can think of a couple of things  otherwise, say hello to thunder thighs. . .
Maybe she needs something to suck on. I will prolly get her a care package of suckers.

her appetite will improve.

Here is something to pass onto her. This is very important. I am an ex smoker. I quit 22 years ago.

She should take a portion or all the money she spent on smokes and buy herself something every week. It gives her a reward for quitting and it will make each week easier knowing she will be buying herself purely for herself.

After a couple weeks the thought of giving up her weekly treat will help curve the cravings. IT WORKS

meh. just plain meh. i've been quitted fer almost 2 years. first nasty arguement me and the lady friend have, i wanna grab a smoke....so, she'll most likely go back....even if it's 8 or 9 months...
Prolly so. But still, I'm trying to set her up for success. Thata way, if she starts again-- ahe will be letting down someone besides just herself.

I have been trying to explain to her what her body will go through over the next few months. Any ideas? So far, I told her:
Clothes will stop stinking
Car will stop stinking
Hair will stop stinking
Taste buds will improve
Sinuses will clear up
Am I leaving anything out? I trying to come up with some things she will notice just over the next few months.

She'll probably feel jumpy and bad for months. Probably won't beable to sleep. When she gets around people smoking she probably have a melt down. Forgot about the coughing and runny nose.
