ok, i hit the gym for my first time on sunday, with my bro. just did an upper body work out... then went back on mon. for back and legs. i was trippin cause the next day i wasn't even sore at all. but today i really feel it. i was also surprised at how week i was. my brother said i did pretty good for my first time ever lifting, and my wieght, but i thought i could lift a lot more than i actually did!?!
so, i will continue to hit the gym at least twice a week, if not three, and see where it gets me.

Welcome bro

First of all, Welcome!

I remember my first time at the gym, all those years ago. Trying to lift more than I could to try and impress the big guys. Buying protein tablets and all sorts of supplements to help when I wasn't even working out correctly to start with.

You'll begin to enjoy that aching feeling, it means you're working hard. Keep going and get into a regular habit and you'll be surprised how quickly you'll move up the weights. Just don't be afraid to start low in order to keep good form with your exercises.

Good luck,

Paul.

my first time was last year october ,i was benching 65 pound and weight was 145 pounds ,now i am benching 250 and weight 190.arms had grown from 12,5 inches to 16,5 inches.
so keep up the workouts and you will be amazed by the results.

stick with it, and don't look for gains every week, they take a while. It takes patience and persistence. And don't even think about anabolics anytime soon, you will grow plenty over the next few years, learn to eat and train , welcome to bodybuilding!

train hard for 1 year by natural way, then enter to the WorldJuice!!!!!

Welcome!

awful advice....i did this and i regret it completely. I also had a pretty good knowledge of diet, training and anabolics due to years of observing my cousin who's been a bodybuilder for 19 years. This still wasn't even remotely close to enough. If i could go back i'd change it, because once you experience the darkside it's so hard to stop.
