First off, the crisis in reno is my dj name. i play at raves out in cali...

when i hit the gym on sun. i did three sets of 20 reps bench, then three sets of 20 preacher curl, then three sets of 20 pull ups.

mon was five sets of 20 on legs, and three sets of 20 on triceps, then five sets of 20 on abs...

but you said i shouldn't do more than like 10 to 12 reps right? that is what a guy i work with told me also. he is a personal trainer at 24 hr fitness.

The main thing i need to learn is how to gain wieght. I have been trying to eat a lot more. when i eat now i stuff myself till i can't eat anymore. it is really hard for me to gain.......
