wow the first gym time GREAT JOB stick around here and you can learn a lot about training please don't juice for a few and I stress few good years of training you will get more in the end. I remember my first gym experiance like yesterday, I told my wrestling coach I was going and he had his son-in-lawer meet me there(i did not know) he was an exmarine that was a strength coach and special forces he grabbed me when I did my first rep of course wrong and to much weight and he took me into the hall way and yelled at me for about 45mins like a drill instructor and then took me under his wing I was very lucky I was 10yrs old. he weighed in at just under 200 but bench 425 for 12 crazy (yes he cycled) and he told me if I cycled before I was 20 here would cut my nuts off, (of course I waited and learned a lot from with) that was a great day.
 
Hey congrats on gettin in the gym bro. Prepare for your new addiction. Also just on the training side of things. You want to work out 1 bodypart per day. Do instead of doing upper body, then legs and back splti it all up. You don't want to overtrain or you will not grow.
Try something like this:
Monday: chest, biceps
Tuesday: back
wednesday:rest
thursday: shoudes and triceps
friday: legs

You might want to throw an ab routine in on back day but you could even do it on ur off day
Just train hard, don't so too many sets in your workouts...........maybe 10-12 at the absolute most. Eat lots of protein and get those calories in and you'll be really happy with your results.
