Well, did shot # 6 last night, no worries anymore. I am quick, effective and they are painless now that I have my shower and heating pad routine down. The hardest part of it all is finding a free moment without "prying eyes: to stick if you catch my drift there. I slept for 3 horus yesterday and 9 last night and I woke up feeling great. I just had my redbull(sugar free)/protein/vitmin shake with my egg white burrito and will be hitting the gym in a few hours. Today is back day and I like that day.
No acne, no "rage", no negative sides besides the naps needed while on, but I kinda like them. I love to sleep. I seem to be up about 7lbs or so, not sure how much is water and how much is muscle. Of course the EQ has not kicked in I would imagine so it's all test at this point. I will be upping my cardio to 4 X's a week for 30 after each workout except legs to help keep that fat from kreeping on and I don't suspect this will be too much to lose any muscle gain. Had a few issues with feeling bloated but that was because I had totally forgotten to take my liquidex for 3 days, so I took it and later that day it seemed to help. I think I am a bloat person. If I don't stay on top of that, I feel I could very easily bloat up like a beached whale. Which makes we wonder what I would look like on 500 of test. I keep pissing and am making my coworkers wonder just what the hell is wrong with my bladder. I am just waiting for one of them to ask me if I have a "control problem". Of course I hope thats when I hope to have my first bout of "the rage".
Funny thing is, I piss and piss and piss, and yet my pee takes FOREVER to get clear. I just have to keep drinking more I guess. OK, thats all for now.
